Little Miss Atlanta was the fruition of my client Jasmine Crowe's long time love of pageantry as the director of Miss Black Arizona USA and then the Miss Perfect Peach in Atlanta, Georgia. The show aired on TLC as rival to fan favorite Honey Boo Boo and was an awesome deal to negotiate bringing together elements of film/tv/talent/ and intellectual property.

I first met Jasmine Crowe in 2013 as the owner of Black Celebrity Giving where she would quickly become a client where one of my first tasks was drafting a letter to ensure she would be able to continue to utilize an empty parking lot to feed hundreds in downtown Atlanta with food she was personally cooking every week in her home.
Fast forward to 2017 and her passion for ensuring no one spends a night hungry has taken the food and tech industry by storm with her GOODR app. Jasmine and her team have won several major pitch competitions, hundreds of thousands in startup funds, and countless startup awards and features. Super excited for the future of her app and grateful to lend my legal lenses to play a small part in making the world a better place.
